CULTURE DETERMINES DESTINY
"...e people of Israe looked up and panicked when they saw the Egyptians overtaking them. They cried out to the RD, d they said to Moses, “Why did you bring us out here to die in the wilderness? Weren’t there enough graves for us in Egypt? What have you done to us? Why did you make us leave Egypt? dn’t we tell you this would happen while we were still in Egypt? We said, ‘Leave us alone! Let us be slaves to the Egyptians. It’s better to be a slave in Egypt than a corpse in the wilderness!’”
Culture: A collective group of people united by common outlooks, attitudes, values, goals, beliefs and behaviors.
A common culture is what keeps keeps a common cause achievable.
Don’t tell me how big your cause is, show me how strong the culture of your team is.
A CULTURE OF HONESTY
Honest in our own desire to walk close to Jesus.
Honest in our desire as a team to want nothing more than for people to live in God’s best while here on earth and forever in eternity.
A CULTURE OF HONOR (No one becomes common)
We will honor God in every decision ... His honor is our highest goal.
We will honor those who God has placed over us. We will honor those who lead beside us. We will honor those that we lead.
A CULTURE OF UNITY
We are unified. We recognize the power of our tongues...
We defend the vision, we defend our leaders.
If you talk about them...you’re talking about me.
A CULTURE OF CHANGE
Nothing is sacred but Jesus...HOLD nothing too tightly.
Change that communicates the why is always a win.
