Takeaways for leaders...

Ask yourself: How can we create simple next steps for people to take?
Salvation is not the end point, it’s the starting point. It is the beginning of our responsibility as a church to propel them people a lifelong relationship in Christ.

Any church that is growing is going to have people that are in different places in their spiritual walk.

Understand that growth is a careful, long, complex process that is different for everyone.

NLC’s model for growth is what we call the Growth Track (check it out at nlc.tv/connect/growth-track/)
-The vision for our growth process is to move people into a deeper understanding of their faith.
-NLC tries to create something an unchurched person or a mature follower of Christ can step into in our growth track.
-Ask yourself who you the central audience of your church is.
-How simple can you make your discipleship process?

Make sure your growth track method is in alignment with the vision of your church as a whole.

Have we done everything we can to empower people to take their next step?

“Our legacy will never be determined by the number of seats we fill, but how the gospel permeates the person’s life.” -Roman Archer
