Thoughts from this episode:

Growth comes from being teachable.

Teachability is not submission.

Teachability is listening to your leader, learning from them, and applying what you have learned to your life.

Find someone you are willing to submit under, even when you don’t agree.

Find someone that you believe has wisdom beyond your own.

You should not be under a leader that you cannot learn from and submit to.

Teachability is not a face of submission, it’s a heart of moldability.

It’ll be hard for people to be taught by you unless you are teachable to others.
